Been A While,

Good to be home, Asheville.

Not Quite Kosher Comedy Show, 12/2/18

I haven’t been back long, but I already feel more at home and more excited about my comedy than I have felt in years. 4 years in DC and 2 in NYC will just challenge you so much, and also make you better, and also make you feel like coming home to where it all started is a step in the wrong direction.

I want everyone to know that there’s nothing wrong with going home. With enjoying being a big fish in a small pond in a city as wonderful as Asheville NC. The crowds are plentiful, the comics are supportive and it’s as much a step forward for me as anything. I get onstage all the time and I like it. I feel the improvement and the fun of it more than I have in years.’

I know, it’s like save some for the rest of us, right?!

Fun at the Pulp in farmers shirts:

Plus my first headlining spot poster back in Asheville, pictured above, bottom right.

I did Mallory Denae’s Podcast of a Tex Mex Mess and it was very personal and important to do so. The episode is called “Stigma.” Give it a listen if you’re so inclined.
